Our Wild Mint & Purple Aster tincture sprays have been made from harvested wild mint and purple aster flowers in the Rockies and made with duel extraction. Wild mint has long been used to help with digestion issues such as, gas, bloating, cramping, and nausea. Purple Aster has been known to help with depression, anxiety, and withdrawal. How to use: Use 2 - 6 sprays per day orally. Can be sprayed straight into the mouth or under the tongue. Avoid using if: Pregnant or breastfeeding.
