SWEET & SPICY SWEET POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients • 1 lb sweet potatoes (stockings removed) • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil garlic salt • Optional: hot sauce, additional cayenne Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 425°. 2. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges. 3. Toss with garlic salt, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, olive oil, and honey. 4. Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet until tender, about 20-25 minutes. 5. Serve warm with additional toppings if desired.
